A warm welcome to all international delegations. Your presence enriches this summit, fostering collaboration towards our shared goal of empowering women through investments.

Today, we converge to address investment challenges and champion financial inclusion—a vital objective of this summit.

By overcoming the persistent investment gender gap, we pave the way for equitable access to opportunities, fueling the global economic empowerment of women and creating profound social impact while advancing gender equality.

In this pursuit, let us draw inspiration from the legacy of Mustafa Kemal Atatürk, who recognized the pivotal role of women in Turkey. Turkish women, present in every sphere of life, including economy and finance, showcase the enduring impact of Atatürk's vision. Similarly, we acknowledge the efforts of Habib Bourguiba in Tunisia, following Atatürk's footsteps, and the indebtedness of Turkish and Tunisian women to both visionary leaders.

As we embark on discussions and collaborations during this summit, let us unite in the spirit of shared empowerment. May our collective efforts bridge gaps, create opportunities, and empower women globally.
